Therapy at Alba is collaborative, practical, and tailored to what brings you in. Some people come to therapy knowing exactly what they want to work on. Others simply know that something feels off, overwhelming, or no longer sustainable.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, grief and loss, life transitions, and questions of identity, meaning, and purpose.
Together, we'll slow things down, explore patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and identify practical ways to move forward.
Therapy doesn’t have to look the same for everyone. We’ll focus on what feels most useful to you.
Anxiety & Overwhelm
Worry, overthinking, stress, difficulty slowing down
Depression & Mood
Low motivation, disconnection, hopelessness, difficulty finding enjoyment
Relationships
Communication, boundaries, conflict, attachment and relationship patterns
Life Transitions
Career changes, changing roles, major decisions, adjusting to a new season of life
Grief & Loss
Making room for loss while learning how to continue living alongside it
Identity, Meaning & Purpose
Questions about who you are, what matters to you, and what you want your life to look like
Faith, if you want it.
For clients who want their Christian faith to be part of therapy, we can thoughtfully integrate faith, Scripture, and spiritual questions into our work. Faith integration is always client-led and is never required to receive services at Alba Therapy.
Starting therapy doesn't have to be complicated. We'll begin by talking about what brings you in, what you hope will be different, and whether Alba Therapy feels like the right fit for you.
